Q1. Why don’t you display pricing on your website?
A1. All our labels are made to your exact specification which makes it very difficult to show pricing. You can request a quote or call our team of experts who will happily talk you through your requirements. Our telephone number is 01384 264712.

Q2. What’s the minimum quantity of labels I can order?
A2. The minimum order quantity is 1,000 labels per size/design.

Q3. When I download the free trial software, I get an error message saying I have to login as an administrator. What should I do?
A3. Before you start the download, please ensure you are logged in to Windows as an administrator. Then follow these steps. If you continue to have problems, please contact us.

  1. Download your 30 day free trial
  2. Open the PRISYM Design zip file
  3. Select and right-click on the setup icon
  4. Select ‘Run as administrator’
  5. The download should now begin and you will be guided through the install process

Q4. What’s the difference between hologram and hot foil labels?
A4. The biggest difference is cost. Hot foil labels are more cost effective than hologram labels. They have a similar look to hologram labels and offer the same feeling of quality, but are not geared towards anti-counterfeiting in the way that hologram labels are. Q9. I need to print labels in-house. Which is the best printer for my needs?

Q10. With the GHS changes coming, we need to print two-colour labels. Do you have a printer that supports this?
