Printer Support Service
Our printer support service offers an extensive range of thermal label printers, print heads, spare parts and onsite service contracts.
Contracts
We offer onsite service contracts which can run for one, two or five years. We have qualified engineers dedicated to maintain label printing hardware from all the industry leading manufacturers including, Astromed, Avery, Datamax, Intermec, Printronix, SATO, Toshiba Tec and Zebra.

Spare Parts
We supply spare parts for most models of printers. In the event that a part is obsolete or the printer is deemed irreparable, we can provide you with a quote for an alternative.*
Print Heads
We are able to provide print heads for most makes of thermal transfer printers, with a warranty covering either a specific time period or specification. The cleaning of the print head is paramount to the life span of the head.
Important Notice
Please be aware that some models from Datamax, Intermec, Sato, Toshiba & Zebra have been discontinued, therefore service and parts will be limited or even no longer available. The main models are listed below but we would advise you to contact our team if you own a printer from any of the listed manufacturers to check your specific printer model. We will offer a trade in price for your old printer against the new one if a replacement is required.
