Software Support
Our Software support contract gives customers access to a dedicated Support Desk who provide remote support on PRISYMID applications in response to Incidents reported into them. The support is unlimited and is available 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. It includes software and documentation updates released by PRISYMID for covered products, when available and at PRISYMID’s discretion, at no additional charge to Customer.
We also offering training and/or installation sessions. These are charged at daily rates (excluding time and travel) for up to six people.
Training starts at basic level and we can assist with transferring existing label designs over to the new PRISYM software (providing they are in the correct format)
With staff changes or existing staff needing assistance the training is important and we also offer re-fresher courses should this be required.
The training/installation sessions can also be linked with any printing hardware purchased
